We will endeavour to deliver your online order within 10 working days to UK Mainland locations.
DELIVERY COSTS
In most cases our online shop will calculate the estimated delivery cost at the checkout stage. This cost is based on the items in your shopping basket and your delivery location.

DELIVERIES OF PLANTS TO NORTHERN IRELAND
We do deliver to Northern Ireland, but plant health regulations relating to Brexit prohibit the import of certain species. Please contact us with your requirements and we can advise further.
You can continue to order planting accessories as normal and the delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.
If you are attempting to purchase a bulky or heavy item then you may asked to contact our office at the checkout stage to obtain a delivery quote prior to completing your transaction.
DELIVERY ACCESS
Small orders will be sent by parcel carrier and can be left without a signature at the drivers discretion.
Please let us know prior to ordering if the delivery location has any vehicular access restrictions such as width or weight restrictions.
Larger orders or those containing shelters and stakes may be sent palletised on a 26 tonne rigid lorry which has a similar size to a dustbin lorry. If no forklift is available then the pallet will be lowered to ground level using a hydraulic tail lift. It will be offloaded using a manual pallet truck which requires an area of level hardstanding such as tarmac or concrete – not gravel.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES - MOFFETT DELIVERY VEHICLE
In cases where there is no area of hardstanding to facilitate a tail-lift delivery or if no forklift is available on site we can offer delivery to site using a vehicle that is equipped with a vehicle mounted forklift. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss timescales and costs for this service.
FREE CLICK AND COLLECT
If you wish to collect from the nursery please select this option at the checkout and we will then let you know once it is ready for collection. The typical lead time for a click and collect is 5 days.
Orders can be collected Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 4.30pm (closed between 12-30-1pm).
We are a busy wholesale business spread over a large area with lots of machinery in use, so it is not possible to browse the nursery. Wholesale clients are welcome to make an appointment to tour the nursery.
