Job Title: Packing Assistant and General Nursery Worker
The right candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record of working within a tight knit team, and be prepared to adapt to day-to-day planning, working in a dynamic environment.
The role will vary throughout the growing season but will primarily assist with despatch operations, production and general nursery work as required.
Essential skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a team player
- Willingness to work in an outdoor environment, in all conditions when required
- Physically robust and fit
Desirable skills:
- Forklift operation
- Experience in stock handling and order processing
- Experience working within a horticultural or crop growing background

Job Title: Growing Team Assistant
Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen to join our experienced growing team.
The right candidate should have an interest in plants and crop growing. You will assist with plant husbandry, watering and spraying operations as required throughout the growing season, along with other general nursery work as required. The work will be both indoor and outdoor throughout the year.
Essential Skills:
- Experience with plant husbandry and crop growing
- Ability to work with a team
- Physically robust and fit
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge and experience of spraying, with PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates
- Be computer and tech-savvy
