The TUBEX Easywrap is a cost effective alternative to a Spiral Guard, providing protection against small animal browsing and herbicides. 

Manufactured with a vertical split and a natural overlap which provides an enhanced growing environment.

The TUBEX Easywrap can be slipped over the plant and the bamboo cane, and will expand as the plant grows. 

Available in selection of diameters to suit different objectives: 

• 35-50mm is ideally suited for hedging plants
• 50-65mm is ideally suited for hedging plants and other broadleaves species.
• 75-90mm is ideally suited for conifers or larger leaved broadleaved species that find the narrower diameters a bit cramped.

A bamboo cane is required to support this product.

The Terra Bio wraparound is a next generation biodegradable  shelter that is manufactured from British grown natural wood residue and plant resins.

TUBEX Voleguards help to minimise potentially fatal damage caused by voles and mice such as bark stripping.

They are a tightly rolled plastic cylinder which is split vertically and designed to hold it's unique shape and retain sufficient overlap to enable the VOLEGUARD to expand as the tree grows.

• Manufactured from high gauge brown polypropylene which does not harm the environment.
• Rigid design that provides high strength and low weight.

Voleguards are self supporting but a cane is often recommended for support and to prevent pivoting. A bamboo cane of 450mm height is sufficient although some of our clients prefer using a 900mm height to provide greater visibility in the field to aid future maintenance.

The BIO Voleguard has a UV stabiliser incorporated at the time of manufacturing to provide a stable service life of 4-5 years.

• Environmentally friendly and sustainable.

If the Bio Wrap (Voleguards) are left in the environment they will degrade over time due to the bacteria found in soil or due to enzymatic reactions. Alternatively, they can be inserted into an industrial composting unit which will degrade them within 6 months.
